Job Overview
The Intuit Business Operations team is a high-performing team focused on driving enterprise-level strategic and operational planning, running the company operating system, evolving the company-level KPI frameworks and dashboards, and driving transformation projects. The Analytics leader will play a critical role to enable senior leaders to diagnose the business through performance and drivers and positively influence the business trajectory. This role will be a thought leader for planning goals and setting KPIs, own the company-level dashboards end-to-end, and ensure senior leaders have the tools, capabilities, and insights to diagnose the business and make data-driven decisions. This role will also lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a strategic vision for business performance data and analytics
- Form a deep understanding of how senior leaders diagnose and make data-driven decisions by building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Understand the needs of senior leaders, prioritize requirements, and execute a plan to address their needs, including partnering with design and development team
- Be a thought leader for planning company goals and critical KPIs/success metrics
- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for company-level dashboards
- Define the end-to-end process for data collection, automation, analysis, and dashboard design and development
- Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data
- Partner cross-functionally with business segment, ecosystem, and function analytics and finance stakeholders with clearly defined data roles and responsibilities
- Develop product roadmap with release milestones and collaborate on adoption plan, including monitoring usage
- Leverage new analytic techniques (e.g., AI, ML, predictive analytics) and curated data to realize insights and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data and analytics
- Passion for driving decision-making and business results through data with proven track record
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop analytics solutions to challenges, and drive the implementation of the solution
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights, including record of getting buy-in from senior leaders
- Strong work ethic, commitment to sweat the details with extreme ownership and end-to-end thinking
- Strong practical ability to read and write SQL required, experience with data and analytics solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, GCP and big data technologies preferred
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
- Experience managing a team and coaching individuals to do their best
- Master's degree in business administration, data science, statistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Experience with AI and machine learning with record of practical application of these technologies preferred
