This will include building foundational data products which push the boundaries of how we’ve established data, reporting, and insights before at Intuit, and changing the paradigm for how we prep for and execute using data to run our business and operating mechanisms. You will be working in an environment that is fast-paced, cross-functional, and ever-evolving, and will be expected to have a strong bias for action, act as a boundaryless leader, exhibit extreme accountability, have a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with various platform teams across Intuit, including Data Science, AI Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, VEP Product Management, VEP Product Development, Technical Program Management, Business operations, and Customer Experience Management across the entire ICS Platform.
To excel in this role, you must have a solid background in various applications of product development including software products, help systems, analytics system applications, and GenAI while possessing exceptional leadership skills and cross-functional leadership. You should have experience working in complex, high-stakes industries and be comfortable navigating ambiguity, continuously learning, and making tough decisions with sometimes limited information.
The successful candidate will be a creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a highly collaborative and customer-focused work environment. Experience working with AI/ML/GenAI technologies, experimentation platforms, software product development, and business operations will be key to success in this role.
Join us and help us create groundbreaking data science products that will change the way we operate as a company to solve our customers biggest needs across Intuit!
