Job Overview
As a Staff Marketing Manager on the Intuit Business Solutions Lifecycle team, you'll lead lifecycle campaigns across email and multi-channel journeys focused on improving retention and increasing feature usage. You will own strategy through execution, guiding seasoned marketers and agencies in creating impactful, data-driven campaigns to activate and nurture engaged users. This role is ideal for a performance-focused marketer who combines sharp analytics with an experimental, growth hacker mentality.
Responsibilities
- Lifecycle Ownership: Define and optimize full-funnel communications—activations, onboarding, retention, reactivation—using email, in‑product, push, and SMS. Build frameworks for segmentation, cadence, and orchestration.
- Optimization and Experimentation: Develop and run rapid test-and-learn initiatives across the lifecycle funnel. Continuously refine messaging, channel mix, and segmentation to improve KPIs like engagement, feature usage, and LTV.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Partner with analytics and CRM ops to build targeting logic, define success metrics, track performance, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Growth Hacking: Use creative, scalable, and scrappy tactics to identify lifecycle inefficiencies and unlock unexpected growth levers. Drive aggressive iteration in high-impact areas.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee campaign setup in tools like Braze or Eloqua working closely with agencies, ensuring seamless orchestration and personalization.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, MarTech, Engineering, and Data teams across Intuit to embed lifecycle campaigns into product experiences and act as a catalyst for innovation.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, insightful reporting on campaign performance, share learnings, and identify opportunities for deeper optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing for SaaS or digital platforms; experience owning end-to-end campaigns. Experience at a senior or staff level is preferred.
- Education: MBA or equivalent preferred, especially with a focus on marketing, analytics, or strategy.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to define tests, synthesize data, and build insights. Proficiency with tools like Tableau, Amplitude, and SQL or equivalent.
- Growth Hacker Mentality: Creative problem solver who thinks in hypotheses, moves fast, and constantly searches for untapped growth opportunities within lifecycle programs. Obsessed with testing, refining, and scaling what works. Understands how small changes can drive major improvements across the funnel.
- Strategic & Executional Balance: Able to craft long-term strategy while delivering near-term wins through agile marketing execution. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills using data.
