The CMO Office team is responsible for the support and development of foundational pan-regional and cross-functional processes within Americas & EMEA Marketing. We drive employee experience and career development across the Marketing organization through various programming, communications, events, developmental resources, and opportunities.


Your Role
As a Marketing Analyst within the CMO Office, you will be instrumental in supporting cross-functional processes and enhancing employee experience across Americas & EMEA Marketing. Your responsibilities will include coordinating departmental and cross-functional events, crafting engaging communications, and providing strategic assistance to the Marketing Leadership Team and CMO Office.


You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Responsible for logistics and coordination of all-Marketing Meetings including Invites, replays, and agenda development (town halls, speaker series, all hands, cross-functional sessions, etc.).

  • Lead the coordination and logistics of internal meetings including agenda development, speaker prep sessions, meeting room/conferencing scheduling, meal ordering for meetings, etc. for NA Marketing leaders (NA Strategy, cross group collaboration with compliance, Capacity meetings, planning calls, etc.)

  • Developing and maintaining an internal SharePoint site as a strategic and comprehensive resource for the marketing team

  • Drafting and developing marketing communications in line with brand guidelines

  • Coordinating learning and development opportunities through resource sharing and license maintenance where needed

  • Support Marketing Leadership Team and CMO Office with cross-functional initiatives as and when necessary

  • Provide strategic, complex calendar management based on an understanding of key priorities and objectives.

  • Arrange and coordinate travel and expenses for agreed Marketing leaders. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines.

  • Handle external visitor process for CMO and leadership teams including adding to visitor log, designating greeter onsite, any other requests with building management or technology along with parking permits/validations

  • Strategically managing in-office logistics, including seating charts and reservations, and equipment requests

The Experience You Bring:

  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management

  • Flexibility; the ability to set priorities and work well under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Advanced ability to organize and strong attention to details

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for team-focused, goal-oriented work

  • A solid understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate in an open and transparent manner

  • Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn

  • Flexibility to adjust to new teams and peers

Please note, this role provides a base salary of up to $48,000 CAD which is dependent upon the qualifications, skills and experience of the selected candidate. An appropriate salary will be determined upon the final selection process.
