Business Analyst

Job Description Summary

Performs activities related to the accounting, budgeting, reporting and tax functions for the firm.
Performs general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.

Prepares, records, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions and ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.

    General Role Profile

    • Draft content and provide end to end Support for all strategic initiatives led by Head of SSC
    • Continued research on industry best practices in Finance a
    • Graduate Hiring Program bootcamp training / transition and assigning mentors
    • Campus engagement
    • New hire onboarding and cross functional trainings delivery and tracking
    • Mentor program for GRP and GBS
    • Employee engagement initiatives execution / governance
    • Welcome mails for all new hires on regular intervals – as soon as new joiner comes onboard
    • Maintain documents/trackers on MS teams in an ongoing manner
    • Drive completion of Mandatory trainings/programs across GBS Hyderabad
    • Any other business that will be required to support Finance GBS
    • Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job family and basic knowledge of related job families.
    • Solves a wide range of complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions
    • Accountable for own work and sometimes work of others
    • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
    • Works independently, receives minimal guidance
