Job Description

Your Role (summary):

  • Managing distributor relationships across IFA, ND and BANK with the end result of continuous and healthy subscription to IAMI funds and ensuring adequate mix across all products and meeting set sales targets.
  • Developing markets, enhancing market share as well as taking care of distributor learning across funds and various investment products on offer.
  • Contributing to sustained growth in sales through initiatives targeted at long term development of distributor relationships and deep markets for Invesco Asset Management (India) Pvt. Ltd.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overall Retail Sales Business for the firm from the respective Zone/State you handle
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with retail clients.

  • Understand clients' financial goals and objectives and provide suitable investment solutions offered by the firm.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and managing existing/new relationships for improving the market share
  • Acquiring new set of clients in small, mid, and large segments to improve the overall AUM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their sales targets.
  • High standards of ethical conduct and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes

The experience you bring (Educational Qualification / Experience):

  • Should have existing relationship with IFA, ND, and Banks.
  • Should have 5-12 years of relevant experience in AMC.
  • The incumbent should be well entrenched in the market and well-versed with the competition

Certification/s (role based):

  • NISM Series V - Mutual Funds Distributor Module certified
  • NISM Series 21 A - PMS Distributors Certification
