Your Team
The Human Resource function in Hyderabad plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. It involves managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to talent development, performance management, business partering and employee relations. The team ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes organizational culture, and supports business objectives by aligning human capital strategies with company goals.
Your Role
- Fulfil requirements and meet goals and benchmarks set out at the start of the Management Leadership Program
- Partner with leaders & managers to understand their HR needs & provide solutions to support business goals
- Participate in the development and execution of HR policies and practices that align with business objectives
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters, such as employee development, performance management, and organizational change
- Source, screen, and assess candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Engage with internal & external stakeholders to establish Invesco brand within the talent market
- Support the development and implementation of talent management programs, including employee development, succession planning, and performance management
- Support all HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee benefits.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Manage, Innovate and develop strong knowledge of all HR Systems used in Invesco
- Liaise with employees to provide support where required and answer policy related queries, benefits including PF, paid time off, and other benefits offered by the company.
- Keep up with industry best practices and develop HR practices and procedures
- Stay updated and ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The Experience You Bring
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Academic requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR (2025 Batch)
- No current backlogs
- 60% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, UG course
