What we are looking for:
We are looking for our next Senior Sales Manager Nordics working with our familiar sales and marketing team based in Stockholm!
You'll be a Sales and Client Relationship Manager for Nordic Clients – Primary focus is to be responsible for growing the Wholesale channel across the Nordic region with emphasis on the Swedish market. Further client coverage will be agreed based on the persons network and experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Be an integral part of the local sales team and encouraged to be a significant contributor towards the region's sales targets.
Work with all Invesco resources to improve results, such as: Sales colleagues, Investment teams, Client Service Team, Marketing colleagues etc.
Maintain accurate records in CRM system and report on progress versus plans on a regular basis to the Head of Nordics Sales
Support the vision for the Nordics region: We strive to be a natural counterpart for institutional and distribution partners. We aim to provide a superb client experience in every step of the process and doing, so we will help our clients achieve their financial goals.
Stay up to date on product, capital markets and client developments
Be an ambassador for Invesco. We are diverse company with the belief that every colleague brings talent in their own way
You'll need to have:
Consistent track record in participating to finals and winning new business
Sales experience in the asset management industry
Solid knowledge of the Nordic market: Key segments, main players, key product interests
Proven investment know how, ability to represent broad range of investment products
Interest in financial markets, strategic developments and regulations
Personality: entrepreneurial approach, goal-oriented work behavior, creative attitude, empathetic approach, diplomatic attitude, skilled in managing systems and people, organized and motivated work behavior, collaborative mentality, transparent in communications.
Proficiency of at least one language across the Nordic region.
Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in finance, economics
