Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Develop effective marketing materials and digital promotion to be used to relay products message to clients and investors.
- Work closely with sales and product team to provide holistic services with clients.
- Lead advertisement creation and thought leadership contents with working closely with sales, product and strategist team not only in Japan but also in global offices by using PPT and design tools or contractors.
- Plan and organize the project, set deadlines and milestones, and manage the resources and budget effectively.
- Organizing promotional events/seminars and measuring its success/subjects.
Work Experience / Knowledge / Education / Formal Qualifications
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Over 3 years of experience on marketing in financial industry
- Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Proficiency in using Power Point and Excel
- Data mining skills by using Bloomberg
- Experience on managing SNS accounts is preferred.
- English in business level
Formal Education:
- University graduate or higher

- Ability to multitask and process practical time management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to function reasonably under time constraints and within established deadlines with attention to detail.
- Ability to craft value-added solutions on knowledge of client situation and objectives and industry trends.
- Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
- Analytical and creative thinking

- Contents of duties: The contents of duties to be performed shall be the overall management of Marketing department. This may be changed at the Company’s discretion.
