What we are looking for:
We are looking for a pragmatic and enthusiastic Marketing Associate Director - Benelux, Nordics, France & Middle East (BNFME) to develop a strong and trusted partnership with the Distribution Heads in these regions to optimize clear and effective go-to-market strategies within the region, in order to achieve our commercial goals and support Invesco’s longer-term plans. The role holder will manage and inspire their team of Marketing Managers to initiate, deliver and measure distinctive and effective multi-channel campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Content, Digital, and Data.
Responsibilities will include:
Partnering with Distribution to build and deliver the overall BNFME marketing strategy and go-to-market plans, based on measurable outcomes.
Developing the team’s individual talents and expertise to drive the local agenda while at the same time giving input into and maximising the EMEA Country marketing plans from other regions
Developing and helping implement scalable marketing activities across the BNFME that meet client and prospect needs
Leading the team of Country Marketers in Benelux, Nordics, France & Middle East (BNFME) to develop and implement marketing activities in collaboration with the Channel Marketing teams (including digital marketing, events, content distribution and PR) that contribute to Invesco achieving its commercial targets in EMEA
What you can bring:
Significant proven expertise in B2B marketing in the financial services industry. Asset management experience is a plus.
Expertise in planning, execution and measuring of marketing campaigns, events, with digital experience.
Experience in managing, leading and inspiring a team of Marketing Managers.
An understanding of asset management, customers, products, and competitors
Good understanding of the different market landscapes and product prioritization across markets and segments
Knowledge of Sales and Marketing automation platforms in action
Familiar with the latest B2B marketing techniques, with an emphasis on digital channels
Great interpersonal skills that quickly enable strong relationships with key business partners.
Proactive and energetic team player who values collaboration and can think both strategically and tactically.
