Job Description
What we are looking for:
We are seeking for our next Intern, Investment Operations (Real Estate) to join our Fund Management team in Munich n for a period of 6 months! This outstanding opportunity allows you to work with an extraordinary team and gain proven experience in a leading global finance firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Run portfolios operations and support the maximisation of financial planning and control:
Support liquidity and distribution management (identification of liquidity needs, distribution, rent collection review, cash planning)
Act as financial control team & treasury interface (transaction support, fund flows)
Contribute to Fund level performance calculation, TGER
Implement, operate and track reporting timetables (tax, regulatory, corporate, internal)
Support investment closings, financing, restructurings and exit activities
Manage internal approval processes (PIC, FIC, Lease, CAPEX etc)
Interface to all functions for fund structure's management
Run data / reporting related activities of allocated products.
Complete / ensure ongoing data validation and reconciliation process to confirm the completeness and accuracy of reportable data.
Update fund data bases and validate both input and output elements
Produce or support the production of transparent investors, regulatory and internal reporting or investor meeting presentations
Produce bank covenant and property reporting.
Support the collation, analysis, and management of data room information.
You'll need to have:
Genuine curiosity about Real Estate Investment Management, keen to learn and develop
Excellent interpersonal skills, in German and English
Computer literate (esp. Excel)
Being enrolled as a student, being in a gap-year inbetween studies or recently graduated
Prior relevant experience a plus
