Your Team

Responsible for all EMEA Investment Services engineering technology projects and programs.

Closely partnered with many business executives and functional teams across all aspects of Invesco's Investment Services business to provide automated and innovative solutions.

Embedded in Agile delivery methods and collaboration.

Your Role
The role will work on business analysis tasks and oversees changes covering multiple business areas and groups. A very good understanding of agile methodologies, solid technical analysis skills and client relationship building will enable success in this position. Focus will be on data requirements and solutions.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Achieve business goals through business analysis tasks and delivery of innovative IT solutions.
• Collaborate with business partners to develop specific capabilities and enhancements.
• Initiate and grow strong relationships with business users.
• Deliver technology solutions and enhancements that work towards our Cloud first strategic priority.
• Deliver change using a variety of methodologies, including iterative, Agile and MVP approaches.
• Create documentation based on analysis to communicate to business and technology leaders.
• Write simple to complex SQL queries whenever required

The Experience You Bring:

• Overall 10+ years of experience and 5+ years' experience in asset management and/or investment banking within the last 5 years
• Should have proven track record of successfully analyzing BA tasks and implementing technical solutions to drive business improvements
• Knowledge over Transfer Agency data and technology platforms will be an advantage
• Technical experience over the Snowflake platform for operational oversight and data solutions will be an advantage
• Any experience of key industry software applications
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a global, multicultural and diverse environment
