Job Purpose (Job Summary):
Oversee technology development solutions through new and existing applications, systems architecture, applications, data infrastructure/warehouses, and machine learning algorithms and infrastructure (applications for the firm including both internal and external products). Includes maintenance and support of applications. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs, and implements software solutions.
Plans, designs, and develops software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications (e.g., for web or handheld devices) for internal and external products. Codes, tests, debugs, and documents program requirements. Collaborates with architects, product managers, and end-users in the development and enhancement of applications.

- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job family and basic knowledge of related job families.
- Solves a wide range of complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Accountable for own work and sometimes the work of others.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Works independently, receiving minimal guidance.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and expertise in own job family and working knowledge of related job families.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks, particularly React.
- Basic cloud knowledge, including AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience with databases.
- Proficiency in VB.net and C#.
