Job Description
This Marketing - Manager - Product & Digital role is a 9-month maternity leave contract.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Australian Client Group to enable & facilitate distribution efforts, including the co-ordination and planning of webinar events and EDMs
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager – Brand and Communications to ensure digital and product marketing is in line with the broader brand strategy
- Produce and edit digital content, including the sourcing & tailoring of offshore collateral for Australian purposes using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Work within the relevant regulatory & compliance frameworks to create & oversee a robust governance process ensuring appropriate sign-off procedures & audit trails are maintained at all times
- Manage and implement the digital strategy considering current and future requirements
- Technical and content management of the Invesco Australia website, updating the content using various tools and systems, and working with other members of the Marketing team to ensure the website content is up-to-date and engaging
- Technical management of the Australian LinkedIn social media account
- Technical management of in-house automated system (CLR Report Builder), to ensure all client and product related reports, including performance commentaries, are generated within delivery deadlines
- Create Electronic marketing communication using a combination of skills, including general HTML knowledge; Adobe Creative Cloud packages (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro); by using an external software provider Adobe Campaign Manager.
- Ensure all product & digital marketing related material remains compliant with Invesco global brand guidelines
- Digital innovation, market and product analysis. Track trends and monitor competition
- Assist in the administration of relevant marketing database systems (ie. MS Teams, SharePoint and Confluence).
- Data collation, segmentation and dissemination of engagement analytics
- Represent the local business regionally on all marketing related projects with respect to social media and digital strategy
- Support annual audit & BCP testing requirements as required
- Provide back-up support to the Marketing Manager – Brand and Communications role, as required
Education
- Relevant tertiary level qualification.
- Relevant digital marketing qualification
Work Experience/Knowledge/competencies
- 5+ years relevant marketing experience. Experience in funds management would be an advantage.
- Highly IT literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Premier Pro and Sales Force.
- Experience in User experience (UX), Search engine optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Experience managing Social Media account (LinkedIn via SocialWare)
- HTML knowledge - read interpret and update HTML
- Ability to plan, develop and implement strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Demonstrable experience in analysis and creative problem solving
- Proven strong project management skills
Software knowledge required:
- Adobe Experience Manager
- Adobe Campaign Standard
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PremierPro)
- Adobe or Google Analytics
- Microsoft Office Suite
