<h3>About the Position</h3> <p>We are looking to hire an experienced Options Trader who can help us price and trade options, develop models, manage risk, investigate new products, and push into new business areas.</p> <h3>About You</h3> <ul> <li>3-6 years of market-making experience in ETF/index/equity options</li> <li>Highly analytical thinker and proficient in probability and statistics</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Eager to learn, adaptive, responsible</li> <li>Coding skills are a plus</li> <li>Fluency in English required</li> </ul> <p> </p>
