As a Data Operations Senior Associate in AWM (Asset & Wealth Management), you conduct independent analysis to uncover patterns leading to new questions and solutions through data collection, integrity, utilization, requirements, and analysis. You apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies across multiple applications of moderate scope. Use your elevated technical skills to support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards to enable Operations Management to execute their strategic objectives and ensure conformance with all controls, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the delivery of information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions by making recommendations for managing more complex situations
• Evaluate information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes
• Validate hypotheses, mitigates risks, and optimizes solutions
• Contribute significantly to the automation of manual processes
• Source and structure datasets to build graphical visualizations and programing decision-support dashboards, utilizing Intelligence Automation to help with operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process optimization where strategic solutions are not feasible
• Collaborate on functional requirements from stakeholders and translates into technical and data requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in SQL (Structured Query Language) scripting
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in using Python
• Proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient business comprehension to understand risk implications
• Experience in Data Management (Table/Views creation and maintenance)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of query writing and execution using data analysis tools
• Experience in automation such as Alteryx, UiPath, Xceptor is a plus
• Certification in Data Technology, Agile or other project management applications is a plus
