Leverage your analytic skillset to unlock the future of product innovation and help shape how clients experience our offerings with the right pricing and positioning.

As a Vice President Innovation Economy Card Platforms in Global Payments Solutions, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products.

Job responsibilities

  • Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, help define the space for expense management solutions, coordinate and prioritize product needs to support investment processes, and define and track metrics to showcase success
  • Manage initiative to migrate clients from legacy expense platform to new expense platform, while driving the client experience, business objectives, platform KPIs, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in managing cross-functional workstreams, product development roadmap, controls approval processes, and other platform initiatives as needed
  • Project manage deliverables and action items to ensure success of migration and launch of new platform
  • Help create and maintain operational processes and procedures and platform KPIs
  • Partner closely and maintain feedback loop with Sales, Onboarding, Service teams, etc.; refine end-to-end delivery model and drive process improvement for solution set
  • Conducts comprehensive pricing analysis to evaluate market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and client behavior
  • Performs market research to understand the local needs and requirements for product improvements
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively tailor collateral to specific markets
  • Communicates regulatory guidelines to Product Managers to ensure our products meet risk and compliance requirements and are delivered on time
  • Advises on the available standards, methods, tools, and applications relevant to the regulatory environment to ensure our products meet all necessary risk and compliance checks

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, leading, tracking, and reporting on initiatives and projects with multiple deliverables and under competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Corporate, tech, startup, product management, or consulting experience, with a focus on growth strategy, operational, or product efforts
  • Strategic thinker with a comfort with ambiguity – leverage data to make decisions and translate visions into a story that resonates with internal stakeholders and clients

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BA/BS business degree or a related discipline
  • 2+ years in either project management or consulting
  • Experience with payments, card products, or spend / expense management
