Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and polished Senior Executive Assistant to the Head of Consumber Bank Solutions Commercial Banking. In addition to managing a demanding calendar and travel, you will be the ambassador to external clients, closely partner with their leadership team and key stakeholders to help manage priorities and ensure efficiency and support a broad range of responsibilities.

As a Senior Executive Assistant to the Head of Consumber Bank Solutions, it is essential to have a strong depth of JP Morgan institutional knowledge, proven ability to navigate the firm fluidly, have strong event and project management skills, polished interpersonal, communication and influence skills. You will constantly collaborate with colleagues to provide essential support for the broader leadership team and business as needed. You will also diplomatically represent the senior leader at all levels of the corporate hierarchy which includes interacting with various executive level clients and internal constituents across all lines of businesses and always represent the firm professionally both internally and externally.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage all contact with the public, clients and staff coming through the executive’s office
  • Manage extensive and complex calendar in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Provide physical site support for all leadership and local office requirements including phone coverage, assistance with new hire integration, facilities maintenance, supplies, floor access, presence at local events, greeting clients and guests and escorting them throughout the location, food orders/set up and takedown of conference rooms, ensuring superior client service at all times
  • Arrange and maintain extensive travel plans and itineraries for both international and domestic travel
  • Work with the business management and leadership team to coordinate and organize senior meetings, draft communications and presentations including agenda setting, material preparation and distribution, coordination of guest speakers, and logistics.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Strong personal leadership, ability to work independently and effectively in a demanding, changing team oriented environment.
  • Exceptional travel planning skills and knowledge.
  • Detailed and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated project and events management skills to plan complex and large roadshows/ events.
  • Background in a client facing sales and financial services environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in all Microsoft office products

***Note: this role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
