Job Description

If you are looking to interact with clients' business and resources to effectively oversee the delivery of Merchant Services products and solutions, you have found the right team.

As a Client Ops Associate II - Implementation Manager in Merchant Services, you will have the responsibility for the customer journey through the life of the implementation of several complex projects with constant executive level updates and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client facing, single-point of contact responsible for the end to end client experience and satisfaction
  • Responsible foe the accurate completion of sales packets and customized client information packets
  • Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, productions and services and training requirements directly to external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead collaboration with the client and coverage team to develop an execute an implementation plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of time lines using project management principles and practices
  • Manage and coordinate client and internal partner communication and status updates
  • Maintain a controls mindset to ensure policies and procedures serve the client and protect the firm

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience, including client facing and/or Implementation
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and partnership skills
  • Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience structuring and implementation
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, take ownership and manage through conflict
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Technical aptitude pertaining to Merchant Services products
  • CAPM certification or other Project Training
  • BA/BS degree

Work Schedule

  • This hybrid role requires going into the office three days a week with two days flexibility to work from home, subject to change
