You are a Social Media Strategy and Execution expert ready to join our rapidly growing Commercial banking Integrated Media Team which sits under the larger Marketing & communications team. About you:

As the Social Media Marketing Lead you will be a key leader within the team. You will work closely with department leadership on the development of strategies and tactics for appropriate media plans designed to meet marketing objectives while also identifying opportunities to test new opportunities and engage new vendors or agency partners. You will be responsible for all social media campaigns from concept to completion with the expectation of delivering effective results. You will manage a team of Social Media Marketing Associates. A strong background in program analytics and optimization is required. This function requires an articulate, highly organized, self-motivated and resourceful individual who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and execute comprehensive social campaigns to support all CB initiatives; working closely with the Integrated Media leads on integrated media campaigns from briefing, planning, execution through to campaign reporting; experience running paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn is required
  • Develop thoughtful tactical recommendations, bringing innovative ideas to the table for all campaign objectives
  • Key liaison between the marketing team and social media partners i.e (LinkedIn)as well as other social teams in other JPMC LOBs
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders within the Marketing and Communications team and provide strategy, advice and effective solutions to launch social media campaigns
  • Work closely with creative team to ensure creative aligns with content strategy and develop distribution plans for maximum impact
  • Partner closely with marketing team members to determine campaign goals and set target KPIs
  • Translate business strategy into social media campaigns and coordinate execution across channels
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice and visual representation across social channels
  • Manage internal and external vendors in the development and execution of paid social campaigns
  • Detailed at tracking expenses, invoicing, keeping budgets up to date and monitoring spend while campaigns are in flight
  • Contribute ideas and solutions for digital, social, web, video, photo, story, gif creative and more
  • Strategize and improve content delivery and promotion
  • Ensure proper regulatory controls are in place for all digital programs
  • Assist with competitor research and other projects as needed
  • Mentor and manage a team of Social Media Marketing Associates

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • 7+ years in a digital media role, preferably working in the B2B space for large companies with multiple brands and/or lines of business
  • Knowledge of social media platforms is a must
  • Knowledge of working within LinkedIn’s campaign manager tool is required
  • Experience managing social media marketing programs
  • Experience in buying and managing paid social media marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work independently with multiple partners to execute strategic projects and paid media campaigns
  • Ability to influence, use sound judgment, make informed decisions/recommendations and earn trust from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills
  • Critical thinker and team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as social media analytics (e.g., understanding measurement, benchmarks, campaign reporting)
  • Experience in managing high-functioning teams required
