DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Perform software, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build solutions or break down technical problems. Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems. Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems. Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data and use these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. Develop requirements, craft and execute test plans, administer ServiceNow and serve as tier 2 support. Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, script includes, and UI components.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: JavaScript; HTML; XML; ServiceNow Platform Capabilities including Flow designer concepts, Integration Hub, Table creations and Indexing; Angular JS; CSS; RESTful APIs; User Interface Design Concepts including Service Portal, UI builder, and User Analytics; SQL; ITIL Concepts including IT service Management and Project Management principles.
