As a Transaction Processing Specialist - Veteran Hire in Market Operations, you'll provide operational support within Commercial & Investment Banking. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of transaction processing are completed on time, such as document processing, reference data maintenance and settlement & funding activities. Additional responsibilities may include managing daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities, as well as process improvement.
Job Responsibilities

- Take lead on process improvement and automation
- Manage assigned tasks independently with a little or no supervision

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes
- Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
- Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence, and interactions
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, etc.)

- Middle or back office operations experiences are preferred
