DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Participate in driving the business change management agenda of processes and technologies supporting Cash and Liquidity products within Securities Services, responsibilities include operational change and analytics support for project planning, program management, controls, requirements definition and client change. Maintain and expand subject matter expertise of internal systems and procedures, providing thought leadership in the Cash and Liquidity product space. Advance the strategic platform agenda in order to close product gaps and adapt to business and regulatory change. Focus on systems and procedures to improve aspects of core cash processing and liquidity products, including money market fund sweeps, cash concentration and pooling. Participate in defining the change agenda, specify business requirements, and work with Product Management and Technology partners to deliver changes. Evaluate the current business logic and identify enhancements by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Development, Data Product Specialist, Data Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Development, Data Product Specialist, Data Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: developing technical or operational control procedures as part of new product launches; updating existing product workflows; managing quality assurance in the development of a product; supervising the testing of client or internal user experience; cash or liquidity markets and operational workflows, such as payment settlement lifecycle events, SWIFT standards, and balance sheet management.
Job Location: 383 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10179. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $111,755 - $132,000 per year.
