DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Responsibilities include service reliability, monitoring and alerting, incident management, documentation & knowledge share, cross functional collaboration & continuous improvement. Work with software automation and client node management. Collaborate with the Product, Operations, Controls, and Engineering teams to ensure the production activities are appropriately planned and managed. Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver all audit and observability requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Site Reliability Engineer, Tech Lead, User Interface (UI) Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Site Reliability Engineer, Tech Lead, User Interface (UI) Developer, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Linux; Unix; Agile SDLC; Docker; Jenkins; HTML; Python; Shell Scripting; SQL; Maven; Apache Ant; Kubernetes; AWS Cloud Services; Splunk; GIT; Automated Testing; BLOCKCHAIN; Quorum; Grafana; and User Acceptance Testing, Required Certification: AWS Certification.
Job Location: 575 Washington Blvd, Jersey City. NJ, 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 60% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $159,000 - $215,000 per year.
