Job Summary:
As a Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordinator within the Leverage Finance and Debt Capital Markets team, you will support the execution and closing of complex loan transactions. You will manage a pipeline of active syndicated transactions and assist with inquiries from Borrowers, Lenders, and Arrangers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support execution and closing of complex loan transactions, including new deals, refinancing, and amendments.
- Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility and risk mitigation.
- Review internal loan-related spreadsheets for accuracy and advise on funding mechanics.
- Coordinate pre-closing requirements with internal and external clients.
- Initiate and coordinate trade settlement processes for Institutional Term Loan transactions.
- Assist with inquiries related to the closing process and schedule conference calls.
- Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in Syndicated Loan experience.
- Knowledge of Syndicated Loan products and business, including Credit Agreements and deal structures.
- Experience in collecting and reviewing pre-syndicated loan documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and senior management with strong communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a challenging environment and learn new systems quickly.
- Critical decision-making abilities and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience in investment banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with trade settlement processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
