Job Description
Program participants will join the JPMorgan&Chase team in Colombia and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills. In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company.
The proposal is open to advanced students from all universities, who are finishing their degree with an advanced level of English. We are looking for students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) teams is seeking for an intern to join this team. In this role you will support the KYC Client Onboarding process team in terms of:, perform documentation analysis and local inventory control, creation of request for local due diligence workflow (client reference data ), direct interaction with key partners (Sales, Case leads, Legal and Compliance), oversight local mailboxes and perform actions as needed.
In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:
- Support Onboarding Team members on daily demands.
- Support other operational teams on regulatory daily demands.
- Perform operational activities such as, data daily maintenance, review internal/external information, documentation inventory.
- Provide support contacting other teams for data reconciliation.
- Provide support in assignments related to KYC or funds process
What do we ask for this position?
- Students of Administration, Economics, Finance, or business related degrees.
- Expected graduation on Dec / Jan 2026 or close.
- Advanced skills in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office package (advance on any tool Excel/Alteryx/Python skills is a plus)
- Desired knowledge: Anti-Money Laundering or KYC Policies
- Proactivity, organization, analytical sense and motivation to challenges under pressure are skills highly appreciated.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English.
