As a Product Director in Global Technologies Infrastructure Platform organization, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job responsibilities
  • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
  • Leads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
  • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
  • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
  • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
  • Sets the direction and establish the overarching vision and strategy for all products within a product area.
  • Serves as the key decision-maker for product prioritization and strategic direction.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on the vision, strategy, roadmap and scope for products within accountable more product area.
  • Prioritizes and manages the budget for product development, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversees and direct a team of Product Directors and Product Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Accountable for the development of comprehensive product roadmaps, mapping capabilities and features to value streams and business outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Proven experience in product management, including product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
  • Ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Experience in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • Good analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Good understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to changing conditions.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines for strategic product development projects.
  • Industry experience in managing products across infrastructure for accelerators, GPUs, and AI/ML platforms.
  • Experience in designing and managing complex architectures for AI/ML infrastructure both on-prem and cloud-based solutions.
  • Good understanding of IP capabilities, including patents, trademarks, and proprietary technologies.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and software development practices.
  • Familiarity with GPU technologies and experience with both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
  • Specialized training or certifications in product management and AI/ML, cloud computing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
