As a Vice President in the Global Regulatory Developments and Engagement (GRDE) function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of regulatory changes for Payments, with particular focus on APAC. This is your opportunity to lead innovation in a rapidly evolving payments landscape.
As a Vice President in the Global Regulatory Developments and Engagement (GRDE) function, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of regulatory changes for Payments, with particular focus on APAC. You will concentrate on supporting optimization initiatives and daily business-as-usual processing activities, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across GRDE processes, with a key focus on APAC related processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, refine and maintain a comprehensive framework for the end to end global regulatory process for Payments, aimed at boosting process efficiency while consistently maintaining high quality standards.
- Support GRDE innovation initiatives focused on automation and data integrations.
- Manage projects and gather requirements to address process optimization activities.
- Support the ongoing delivery of training programs for APAC on process changes and new solution demonstrations.
- Manage BAU activities, including investigating data inconsistencies, defects and Business as Usual queries from the APAC team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree Finance/Economics with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Banking/Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management/process optimization.
- Extensive experience in data analytics and process optimization.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and training delivery capabilities.
- Ability to analyze complex data and implement effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Familiarity with global regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Familiar with payment products
- Experience in database technology, Python
