As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Connected Commerce Chase Travel Analytics team, you will collaborate with product owners to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will help shape customer engagement by defining metrics, sourcing data, and creating reports that drive business outcomes.
Job responsibilities
- Create high-quality data points to ensure accuracy and minimize redundancy
- Rationalize complex data sets for cross-organizational use
- Translate data into meaningful insights and present compelling stories to stakeholders
- Produce, optimize, and automate reports to support business needs
- Analyze travel-related data to understand customer behavior and trends
- Monitor and assess the impact of guardrails on customer journeys for seamless booking experiences
- Design and conduct experiments to measure the effectiveness of new features or changes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Degree in a quantitative or related field
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to complete tasks independently
- Experience with experimentation techniques for data analysis and presentation
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
- Experience working with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and SQL databases
- Ability to explain and convert complex concepts for diverse audiences

- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn with an innovative mindset
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
