Job Description
Area Product Ownership for Customer engagement
- Experience in Travel Domain / Ecommerce is a huge advantage
- Experience with on Email communication strategy , Marketing technologies is a plus
Job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the entire Application Platform portfolio
- Partner with engineers and peers within Chase Travel to align initiatives with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology stakeholders
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure developer satisfaction, adoption, and business impact
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Helping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprint’s goals.
- Ownership of N+2 sprint planning , readiness & grooming.
- Preparing new ideas/ concepts for Intake
- Informing stakeholders and customers about the product’s status.
- Collaborate with various QUAD partners ( Tech, Design, Data & Product)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- As a product owner, possess 10+ years of experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Email Communication platform like Sendgrid, AWS Pinpoint or equivalent
- Knowledge of Marketing technology stack
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Expertise in executive stakeholder management
