As a Transactions Specialist I in Personalization, you’ll operate machines to process credit cards, maintain quality standards, and support daily production goals. You’ll prepare your work area, monitor product quality, and ensure each job is completed accurately. This role requires multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.

Job responsibilities
  • Operate machines to personalize credit cards for customers
  • Clean and prepare machines and work area daily
  • Stack trays of cards and transport supplies using carts
  • Check product quality during production runs
  • Complete assigned jobs and ensure proper job balancing
  • Lift and deliver heavy loads (up to 200 lbs) with industrial carts
  • Stand and walk for extended shifts (8–10 hours)
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
  • Meet and maintain quality and productivity standards
  • Adapt to changes in procedures and technology
  • Maintain positive interactions and contribute to team success

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a production environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Alpha/numeric data entry and typing skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
  • Previous machine operation experience
  • Ability to prioritize work based on client needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Shift differential: 10%

This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
