Job Description

Join our Small Business Product Launch and Horizontal Capabilities team as a Product Manager, where you'll lead the development and management of innovative financial products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.


As a Product Manager on the Small Business Product Team, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of innovative financial products that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, controls, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and growth of products. Your role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and execution of product strategies in partnership with internal groups to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and feature prioritization.
  • Prepare and present product updates and performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
