Job Description
This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the field of business support and user access management.
As a Business Support Analyst within the MBMH Support team, you will play a key role in assisting with user access and entitlements for applications and shared folders. You will collaborate with multiple global locations to ensure consistency across all regions and support global projects, automation initiatives, and quarterly reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the field of business support and user access management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and oversight of application user access and entitlements within Global Fund Services.
- Helping create user access templates for applications, outlining access entitlements for different lines of business.
- Reviewing and approving new user access requests.
- Contributing to the development of user access request guides for operations teams.
- Participating in projects related to user access, including automation efforts and analysis of access profiles.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and supporting automation initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
- Taking initiative and exercising independent judgment to prioritize and coordinate work effectively.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, with relevant work experience in user access controls and application entitlements.
- Basic understanding of identity and access management processes, including access controls and entitlement certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with JPM Fund Services applications and user access request tools is beneficial but not required.
