As the Channel Marketing Associate - Paid Media Programmatic within our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign management, monitor performance metrics, and apply data-promoten insights to enhance results. This role offers the opportunity to develop strategic and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across programmatic platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Vistar and others using both manual and automated methods (bulk sheets, API integrations, scripts).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement campaign strategies that support business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, interpret AI recommendations, and recommend optimizations and apply the right approach to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure efficient and effective media spend.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery or performance issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines, privacy regulations, and platform policies.
  • Scale campaign deployment, bulk updates, reporting automation, workflow improvements and other projects to maximize existing processes

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media and programmatic campaign management.
  • Proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Vistar, CM360, and other relevant ad tech platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and data-driven optimization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, multi-tasking and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience with additional platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or other DSPs.
  • Certifications in programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with AI copilots, automation dashboards or campaign setup tools
  • Basic understanding of data feeds and how APIs connect to DSPs, ad servers, ad reporting systems
