Job Description

Join our dynamic Cross Currency Solutions Product team and help drive the rapid growth of our FX payments business across 14 diverse APAC markets. As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cross-border payments, leveraging your expertise in the cross border payments space to anticipate trends, identify new opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions. You’ll prepare compelling business cases for investment, capture detailed business requirements, and work closely with technology partners to build products that future-proof our business.

This role offers exceptional exposure, acting as a key contact for our global team on our low-value cross-border ACH solution, especially for high-growth ecommerce flows into strategic markets like China and India. You’ll collaborate closely with client-facing teams to effectively position our solutions across all segments—including banks, NBFIs, and corporates—ensuring our offerings remain fast, attractive, and competitive in the market.

We’re investing heavily in this space and exploring multiple enhancements to accelerate our growth and deliver greater value to our clients. If you’re passionate about product development, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a real impact in the global payments landscape, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth team at the forefront of innovation.

Job responsibilities
  • Discover and assess new avenues for product growth in the FX payments landscape by engaging with clients and analyzing market dynamics across 14 APAC countries.
  • Partner with technology teams to translate business objectives into robust, scalable solutions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of new features and enhancements that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Evaluate the broader effects of proposed enhancements, ensuring smooth adoption and a positive experience for a wide range of clients, from financial institutions to corporates.
  • Gather and interpret customer insights, map user journeys, and monitor industry developments to shape the product strategy and prioritize impactful improvements.
  • Monitor progress and performance indicators, maintaining accountability for delivery timelines, resource allocation, and solution quality throughout each stage of development.
  • Develop persuasive proposals to support investment decisions, and translate business needs into actionable plans for technology partners, including detailed documentation and user scenarios.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for global teams regarding our low-value cross-border ACH offering, with a particular focus on supporting digital payment flows into high-growth markets such as China and India.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proven experience in cross-border payments, with a strong understanding of international transaction flows and market practices
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across product, technology, and client-facing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence decision-making
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Background in foreign exchange (FX), including market trends, and currency risk management
  • Accounting or finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with digital payment platforms, ACH solutions, and ecommerce flows is a plus
