As a Product Control Associate in the Product Control team, you ensure our financial reporting and controls are accurate and effective. You collaborate with business partners to implement new initiatives and resolve reporting issues. You help us maintain high standards of financial integrity and transparency. Your contributions support our business managers, desk heads, and senior finance leaders. Together, we drive continuous improvement and deliver reliable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily profit and loss reporting and month-end close processes
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
  • Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives
  • Coordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues
  • Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
  • Handle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting activities
  • Maintain strong control focus throughout all processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams
  • Support continuous improvement of product control processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Relevant years of experience in product control, financial control, accounting, or a related area
  • Experience with profit and loss reporting and month-end close processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated control focus in financial processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting

  • Solid understanding of financial products
  • Experience supporting trading desks or financial controllers
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools
  • Project management experience within finance
  • Experience implementing new business initiatives
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements
