As a Credit Support Manager II within the Risk Operations team at JPMorganChase, you will be at the forefront of supporting the strategic direction and transformative initiatives within the organization. Collaborating closely with Credit Proposal Operation Managers and the Senior Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing efficiency and effectiveness across the Credit Proposal CoE. Your focus will be on fostering innovation and aligning strategic objectives with business goals, collaborating across various functions including Product, Technology, Credit, Risk & Controls and Business Operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives that transform and innovate organizational processes.
- Demonstrate forward-thinking strategies aligned with Risk Operations and Credit Proposals CoE long-term vision.
- Champion process efficiency and operational improvements through strategic thinking, planning and execution.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Credit Proposal teams, stakeholders across key partnerships such as Risk, Product and Technology
- Coordinate and deliver impactful organizational messaging, including reports, presentations, and business partner updates.
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a team focused on executing transformative initiatives in support of the Credit Proposals CoE.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Credit Proposals and/or Risk Operations, management, or a related field with a proven track record of delivering strong quality results and supporting operational readiness.
- Strong understanding of the credit lifecycle and familiarity with internal credit/operation applications such as iCRD, Party Central, and SharePoint.
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership skills and team orientation, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in operations concepts, with the ability to interpret decisions and identify potential issues.
- Experience in reviewing documentation and providing executive summaries and analyses for senior audiences.
- Experience in understanding monthly KPI/metric reports and credit proposal processes.
- Ability to manage projects, and drive organizational goals.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

- Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve business operations.
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate performance metrics.
