Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Participates in defining the product component roadmap and backlog
- Liaises with customers and internal stakeholders to refine requirements, understand priorities and provide feedback on delivery timelines
- Participates in the quarterly planning process with engineering teams
- Refines features requests in collaboration with engineering and collaborates
- Leads data driven innovation to optimize end to end delivery lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context
- Understanding of Public Cloud Providers and Capabilities (Azure required, AWS & GCP) at an Enterprise scale
- Domain knowledge or previous experience within Infrastructure or Technology Platforms
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Previous team management experience
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
