As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager within the Customer Acquisition Marketing Platforms (CAMP) team, you are a foundational member of a team responsible for implementing connectivity strategies across the product space, while being directly responsible for creating structures that enhance coordination in our product line. This role is designed to enhance engagement within the quad, which includes Product, Technology, Design, and Data & Analytics. The primary focus areas are developing and implementing an executive engagement strategy, leading strategic and operational projects, providing impactful reporting and communications that clearly convey and support our strategy, initiatives, processes, and performance to leadership and key stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
  • Implements a product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
  • Collaborate across products to understand goals and objectives, providing actionable insights.
  • Engage and partner with teams to plan and execute key ceremonies and executive forums, ensuring effective communication.
  • Develop executive communications to tell the Customer Acquisition & Marketing Platforms story to leadership, aiming for buy-in, support, and advocacy for the portfolio.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of product context, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Ensure cross-product priorities, wins/watchouts, sequencing, and trade-offs are communicated clearly and consistently.
  • Enable product owners with thought leadership, strategic, and analytical support as they develop new products and deliver on priorities.
  • Manage operational rhythms for executive communications and reporting with clear timelines and accountability, while supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices for operational efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a deep shared knowledge and understanding of product specific context
  • Proven ability to demonstrate exceptional consulting abilities to guide our partners in optimizing their product strategies and achieving business objectives
  • Proven ability to offer expert advice and recommendations to enhance product development, positioning, and market entry strategies.
  • Self-starter and have a style that fosters teamwork and collaborations with various stakeholders and partners
  • Excellent communication skills with experience authoring executive-level communications and presentations
  • Synthesize complex information in a strategic and compelling way so that the material is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Demonstrate exceptional consulting abilities to guide our partners in optimizing their product strategies and achieving business objectives.
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in an internal strategy group or at a strategy/management consulting firm is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
