As a Solutions Analyst III in Identity and Access Management at JPMorgan Chase, you will bridge the gap between product owners and infrastructure engineers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, and translating them into well-structured, technically feasible solutions. Your problem-solving and organizational skills will help you navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. You will also assist in the vendor management process, documenting and streamlining steps for automation to improve efficiency. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Analysis: Synthesize and creatively analyze various data metrics to provide insights and reports to management, supporting informed decisions and business goals.
  • Technical Solution Documentation: Elicit and document technical tasks and system flow requirements from stakeholders. Create and maintain architecture, standards, and project status documentation to ensure technology aligns with strategies and deliverables.
  • Problem Solving & Dependency Management: Navigate complex situations using strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies across projects and teams.
  • Vendor Management & Process Improvement: Assist in the vendor management process, including documentation and process improvement. Streamline and automate workflows to enhance efficiency in vendor-related activities.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Foster collaboration and alignment across departments through effective verbal and written communication.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of data fluency, with experience handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring high-quality project deliverables and transparent communication of project status.
  • Proficient in program and release management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
  • Proactive in proposing and implementing process improvements, continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
