Job Description
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Demonstrates understanding of the various testing methodologies, testing techniques, user acceptance testing protocols and testing tools.
- Demonstrates proficiency in analyzing test results and ability to fine-tune developed applications to improve functionality.
- Partner with technology and business partners to ensure test environment stability.
- Review and analyze the project goals, epics and user stories in JIRA.
- Own standards for strong testing input and quality output; working in partnership with product managers. Strong experience in defining and executing on test strategy, test cases, test data management, defect metrics, defect leakage. Plan, organize and lead the daily testing stand up meetings as necessary.
- Document the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards and metrics. Manage review and approval/signoff.
- Estimate the test effort and assist with distribution of work across team (considering size, complexity, skillset, and capacity).

Review the test cases and test data generated by the IT development/QA technologies and ensure follow up to addressing queries. Help design, build and maintain test automation suite of the project and enable faster regression cycle executions
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Software or product development life cycle testing experience in defining and executing test scenarios.
- At least 3+ years’ experience in digital channels – Web, Mobile and/or any hardware testing expertise.
- 3+ years’ experience in designing/building/testing Point of Sale software solutions or Credit Card payments processing test experience.
- Test Automation tools work experience – Eggplant, Selenium or equivalent.
- Proven expertise and experience with modern technology stacks, including APIs, Microservices, Public cloud, etc.
- Proven track record of managing the end-to-end test lifecycle for complex, large-scale initiatives in an enterprise or financial services environment.

Strong communication, listening, influencing and partnership/collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
