Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Provide digital data collection requirements to developers to fulfill analytics requests in mobile apps and web browsers. Work with developers and product owners to troubleshoot mobile app and web browser defects and estimate customer engagement and revenue impact. Work with backend product team and developers to estimate traffic volume for UI change. Create a dashboard to monitor digital product performance. Build model to estimate initiatives, UI changes, experimentation roll out impact on KPI and revenue. Collaborate with product owners to drive product strategy by laying out key metrics and specific goals. Define success metrics for new UI features and experimentation roll out. Communicate and educate the product's business model and metrics to cross-function teams and partner product teams. Put together experimentation plans, form hypotheses, calculate test sizing and segmentation, provide analytics requirements in data collection and experience change to developers, conduct analysis of test results and provide recommendations. Facilitate digital feature launch tracking data QA, data pipeline and engineer work data QA. Provide input of business knowledge to help MLE to develop models. Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, designers, customer research, developers, data architects, data engineering, product managers and provide analytics insights. Manage junior analysts and coach them on both technical and business knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Manager, Quant Analytics Senior Associate, Marketing Analytics, Data Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Consumer facing e-commerce products and financial products including banking and investment, financial planning and fraud prevention; Performing analysis to build customer-facing product experience; Forming methodologies to estimate impact on KPI and revenue using customer digital behavior data and historical data for benchmark; Documenting analytics estimation methodologies and data issues for both internal and non-analytical partners; Writing basic SQL queries to extract data from multiple data sources with proper filtering and aggregation; Writing advanced SQL queries using Window function and CTEs (Common Table Expression) to solve more complex questions related to customers behavior; Creating segment with multi-level sequential logic and nested containers using segment builder function in Adobe Analytics; Creating derived and advanced calculated metrics in Adobe Analytics to incorporate multiple logic orders, segments and advanced functions; Building Adobe Analytics dashboard to create automated reporting using visualization options including bar chart, donut chart, line chart, scatter chart, summary number and summary change; Providing clear definition for customer digital behavior metrics including visits, visitor, page load, impression, click, bounce rate, clickthrough rate, and interaction; Conducting marketing campaign performance and attributing marketing contributions using first-touch, last-touch and multi-touch attribution models for digital products; Providing digital tracking requirements for feature and campaigns to internal and external data providers; QA digital data collection using Adobe Analytics and SQL to access database; Running A/B test on digital platforms including form relevant hypothesis, define success metric, calculate minimum test sizing on given p-value, confidence level, measurable lift/drop, and baseline KPI; Performing statistical testing on experimentation result and providing actionable recommendation; Creating, designing and visualizing analysis in Excel using sort and filter, Microsoft add-ins, Conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and Pivot Chart; Embedding Excel data source to PowerPoint for visualizations; Creating visualization and streamline storyline in PowerPoint using functions including animations, flow chart, picture inserts, footer and header insertion, format tables and charts.
