As a Recruiter in the EMEA Recruitment team, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR partners. Your role will involve collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs, developing tailored sourcing strategies and delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Job responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly
- Conduct candidate screens
- Identify, engage, and deliver passive talent to support hiring needs
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process
- Foster strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and acquisition
- Understand and adhere to labor laws, data-privacy regulations and internal hiring policies

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Innovative, creative, and results-oriented approach
- Advanced problem-solving abilities to effectively navigate complex situations and challenges
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with multiple, competing deadline
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to pivot quickly in response to new opportunities
- Ability to understand the company’s strategic goals, & industry dynamics; be able to align sourcing tactics and talent-pipeline strategies to support business objectives
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition function
- Knowledge of sourcing platforms, LinkedIn, Boolean searching, and applicant tracking systems
