Job Description

Are you experienced within financial services and have strong communications skills? Do you have project management skills that can be utilised in a client facing environment and do you have passion for creating business insights using data analysis to drive strategic initiatives and impact the future direction of the business.

As an International Onboarding Strategy Specialist within the Client Onboarding organisation, you will act as the subject matter expert in implementations, products, and services. You will partner with senior leaders to implement financial solutions that complement the business strategy of Commercial Banking clients.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify, implement, and lead innovative, Treasury Services client onboarding solutions focused on end-to-end ownership of the client experience
  • Provide subject matter expertise for implementations, products and services, and training requirements to external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead collaborative dialogue with the client, sales team, and subject matter experts to develop an implementations project plan tailored to the complex and dynamic needs of multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction clients
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret business data from various QlikView Dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the International Commercial Banking business.
  • Create high-quality, visually compelling presentations and reports for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with business teams, including Onboarding Specialist peers, Sales, and Product, to understand data needs and deliver timely, relevant analysis to support business strategy and client solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy and leadership decision-making.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to strengthen the International onboarding process leveraging technology and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Client consulting or financial services experience
  • Strong business acumen combined with demonstrated experience structuring and managing projects
  • Previous experience adapting to a fast-paced, changing, dynamic, client-facing work environment while driving results
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and partnership skills
  • Ability to anticipate, analyse, and synthesize data and provide holistic insights through effective story telling
  • The ability to understand complex business processes and client needs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data management (Alteryx, UIPath, SQL) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView)
  • Passion for learning new technologies, operating models, and industry trends
