Job summary
As a Technology Support III at JP Morgan Chase within the Corporate Technology, you ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. You foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting seamless user experiences across our technology systems.
Job responsibilities
- Delivers end-to-end application or infrastructure service to enable successful business operations.
- Supports daily maintenance of systems to ensure operational stability and availability.
- Monitors production environments for anomalies and addresses issues using observability tools.
- Identifies and escalates issues, providing solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
- Analyzes complex situations to anticipate and resolve incidents, problems, and changes across full stack technology systems.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience
- Experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale technology environments, including on premises and public cloud.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
- Exposure to processes within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library framework.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with general purpose programming languages or automation scripting.
- Working understanding of public cloud.
