As a Product Analyst within Digital, Data, & Distribution, you collaborate closely with the Product team to deliver insights and data that support a product within a specific function, such as an application, system, or discipline. You will gain exposure to product management, product delivery, and product portfolio operations, equipping you for a successful career at JPMorgan Chase.

Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
  • Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
  • Assists in research and data collection
  • Facilitate cross-product collaboration across D3 with focus on the marketing experience/AI innovation roadmap—including managing dependencies in JIRA and adoption reporting; includes coordination of deliverables across product and data to govern dependencies, integration points, and risks/challenges, includes ongoing performance tracking against the Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for cross-product initiatives, working closely with product owners and area product owners to verify and communicate progress and results
  • Support Global Head of AWM Digital, Data, & Distribution (Managing Director) scheduling/group meetings to drive D3 cross-product efficacy
  • Support delivery of executive-level materials for senior governance forums, including constructing monthly agendas, tracking and reporting on progress of initiatives, and being accountable for delivery of decisions made and follow-ups.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholder including representatives from Marketing, Sales, and Finance & Business Management organizations
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Asset Management, Marketing or Financial Services
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results with a bias for action
  • Experience in working with cross-functional projects and teams and/or project management and emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence to work directly with managers, work in large collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a high-pressure environment
  • Experience with JIRA or other technical product management tools and understanding of basic analytics tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree Marketing or Business preferred
