Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking Operations User Acceptance Testing team, you ensure the successful release of products and features by promoting rigorous testing and issue resolution. You collaborate across the organization to deliver continuous value and gain hands-on experience in product delivery. As a key team member, you will develop your skills while supporting the firm’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design automated test scripts for complex applications and systems
- Enhance and optimize automation frameworks and processes
- Analyze requirements and create reusable test cases and scenarios
- Execute automated and manual tests, ensuring defects are tracked to closure
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members
- Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide feedback
- Mentor junior testers and share automation best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests
- Investigate and implement new tools and technologies
- Communicate testing results and strategies to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement in testing processes and quality assurance
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrate 7+ years of software testing experience, focusing on automation
- Apply automation skills in Java/Selenium, desktop, and database testing
- Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium
- Exhibit programming proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Operate test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA or TestRail
- Employ CI/CD tools including Jenkins or GitLab CI
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Possess knowledge of Collections Product
- Apply advanced scripting and coding for automation frameworks
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
- Perform database queries and validation with SQL
- Understand software architecture and integration point; Use version control systems such as Git
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills for test case design and troubleshooting
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and document results
