Product Delivery Manager - MACRO eTrading

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of eTrading / CEM products and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs
- Collaborate with trading desks, technology teams, sales, and external vendors to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage expectations.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, develop detailed delivery plans, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure timely and high-quality releases
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and delivery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform continuous improvement.
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices to optimize delivery efficiency and adaptability.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery, project management, or product management within financial services
- Strong understanding of electronic trading platforms, financial markets, and client experience management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Financial services experience preferably in eTrading or Macro products
