As the Vice President, Investment Home Product Lead within JPMorgan Wealth Management’s Self-Directed Investing platform, you will be responsible for promoting strategy and execution for investment dashboard and navigation experiences in mobile and web. You will define problem statements, develop initiatives, analyze customer behavior, create a product roadmap, and manage a backlog of enhancements that increases client engagement, retention, and investment share of wallet.
Job responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution for investment-led experiences within Investment Home product.
- Define and articulate problem statements based on client needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and feedback to inform product decisions and optimize experiences.
- Deliver and manage a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Coordinate and lead product and go-to-market changes with partners in Technology, Design, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to execute initiatives.
- Influence and gain buy-in from stakeholders through clear communication, strategic analysis, and presentation of recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in digital investing.

Champion a client-centric approach, ensuring that digital experiences meet the evolving needs of investors.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in driving strategy and execution for digital products or experiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in customer behavior analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of self-directed investing platforms, investment products, and client needs.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in digital wealth management
- Prior leadership or people management experience
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
