Legal Operations Analyst

As a Legal Operations Analyst within the Legal team, you will conduct intelligence automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function. You will translate these into process improvements and solutions for operational efficiencies, gather information, execute and implement automation and digitization strategies, and deliver outcomes to support the Operations function.
- Research, gather, and prepare information for analysis and reporting
- Contribute to and supports projects and initiatives with key stakeholders
- Execute basic solution design and development, and troubleshoots technical aspects
- Collect, analyzes, and monitors low-code/no-code automation in test and production while adhering to the firm’s standards and controls
- Utilize, supports, and administers tools for automation
- Minimum 1+ year of experience and a proven ability to gather/analyze complex operational processes and data to develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of basic software development principles
- Basic knowledge of intelligence automation applications and other coding languages
- Beginner level skills with an understanding of business analysis, development, testing, and deployment
- Bachelor's degree
